A monthly online gathering honoring our individual and collective joys and losses. This is not therapy, it is a place to allow space for what wants to be witnessed, thereby growing our capacity to live more fully into both the light and the shadow.

Tend your nervous system through healthy stress, mindful movement, and deepening your ability to understand your body’s language. Each class flows like a river’s unfolding, contracting with effort and expanding into rest.

Healing happens in the context of community, and we aim to include the larger ecosystem in our collective healing. Join us for quarterly service to our neighbors as well as the more than human world; healing our bodies as we heal the land.
